What’s the role?

In this role, the Revenue Analyst will play a vital role in driving commercial success by leveraging data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making. They will collaborate closely with the Head of Global Commercial Services and a cross-functional team to develop and implement revenue management strategies, analyse performance data, and identify growth opportunities across multiple sales channels.

About You:

  • Collaborate on developing and executing a data-driven commercial strategy for CAVU’s lounges, Security
  • FastTrack, and marketplace products, in close support of the Ancillary Trading Lead and Marketplace Pricing Manager.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing revenue growth strategies for ancillaries and marketplace segments.
  • Analyse sales performance, pricing, and customer behaviour data to develop and optimise pricing strategies across various channels, working collaboratively with the Marketplace Pricing Manager.
  • Build, maintain, and utilise opportunity sizing models to forecast revenue for CAVU’s ancillaries and marketplace products, considering market trends and business objectives.
  • Balancing Revenue and Customer Acquisition: The revenue analyst needs to recommend optimal pricing strategies for different channels (lounges, FastTrack, marketplace) considering factors like market demand, competitor pricing, and margins.
  • Building Accurate Revenue Forecasts: Developing and maintaining opportunity sizing models involves making judgments about future market conditions and customer behaviour.
  • Supporting Strategic Initiatives: By analysing data and translating insights into actionable plans, you’ll empower the Head of Global Commercial Services – Ancillaries & Marketplace, Ancillary Trading Lead, Marketplace Pricing Manager to make informed decisions regarding ancillary products, pricing strategies, and marketplace growth opportunities.
