Join us as a Senior Content Designer

 

  • We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Content Designer to join our growing Product Design team to help us build and deliver the next generation of embedded financial services.
  • You’ll collaborate with product owners, internal business stakeholders, operational teams, technology specialists and designers to define content requirements and strategy that best achieve business goals

What you’ll do

 

As a Senior Content Designer , you’ll design, write, and iterate on high-quality content, including user flows, microcopy, error messages and customer lifecycle communications.

 

 

Additionally, you’ll be:

 

  • Reporting to the Senior Design Manager and you will be defining and driving the content design for multiple embedded finance products (savings, lending, point-of-sale) and internal tools
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for content design, championing the value of content-first design across the organisation
  • Collaborating closely with our Product Designers and internal stakeholders (including Product, Research, Engineering, Client Success and Compliance) to design solutions to customer problems, creating the best possible customer experience
  • Building and encouraging a culture of iterative experimentation, with content and customer understanding being the focus
  • Helping onboard new clients, engaging with key stakeholders to make sure their products are appropriately customised in line with our standards and regulatory requirements
  • Managing the content guidelines and design system components, ensuring consistency and scalability

 

You’ll need strong experience working as a content designer in financial services, with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

You’ll also need:

 

  • Experience working with tools like Figma, Jira and Confluence
  • A proven ability to design and optimise best-in-class content for products
  • Empathy for users, with experience creating inclusive content for different accessibility needs
  • Strong organisation skills and astute attention to detail
  • Experience of Agile delivery methods and teams
