Join us as a AI Innovation Product Manager

What you’ll do

 

Your daily responsibilities will see you using customer insights to power a range of ideation, design and innovation methodologies. You’ll lead on the creation of strategy documents, funding requests, business cases and executive packs to make sure propositions link to our overall strategy.

 

We’ll need you to lead our innovation and strategy development to create a balanced pipeline of innovation opportunities, using human-centred design methodologies to develop ideas. Alongside this, you’ll make sure that all risks and issues are identified and escalated as necessary.

 

You’ll also be responsible for:

 

  • Leading the design of our customer experiences, technologies, services and processes which deliver against the product strategies and keep our customers safe and secure
  • Overseeing all aspects of delivery, enacting and role modelling Agile methodologies to quickly develop and release value to our customers
  • Protecting customers and our bank through the effective identification, escalation and resolution of risks and issues to build a positive risk culture
  • Managing products, resources and your team to ensure an effective budget and resource management while delivering ongoing compliance against risk and product lifecycle policies
  • Promoting the adoption of new innovation and strategy methodologies and developing a culture of curiosity and innovative thinking

 

The skills you’ll need

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of delivering B2C digital solutions, features and products. As well as this you’ll demonstrate delivery in projects requiring a high degree of cross team working.

 

Expertise in building and delivering experiences with generative AI, including agentic AI frameworks and developing features that improve customers financial capability would be hugely beneficial.

 

You’ll also need:

 

  • An in-depth background of developing a team through coaching
  • The ability to influence senior audiences
  • Experience of using innovation design thinking methodologies to develop innovative new products or features
  • Knowledge and proficiency of delivering using agile along with experience of scaled agile framework
  • Experience of strategy development, creating clear plans and recommendations from ambiguous data would be extremely valuable
