Working as part of our Talent Attraction Centre of Expertise, you will lead the operational delivery of recruitment campaigns across the University, ensuring roles are filled efficiently, fairly and in line with best practice.

You will manage a small team, partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, and help strengthen our ability to attract high-calibre and diverse talent locally, nationally and globally.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, talent attraction, or resourcing leadership who enjoys improving processes, working with stakeholders and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.

What you will do

  • Use recruitment metrics and reporting to monitor performance and improve recruitment outcomes
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent attraction projects
  • Promote a positive candidate experience through clear communication and professional engagement

What we’re looking for

  • Experience managing recruitment or talent attraction activity in a busy operational environment
  • Experience line managing recruitment teams
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and inclusive hiring approaches
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously

What you will get in return:
