Website Manchester United

At Manchester United our aim is to Win the United Way – and the quality of our behind-the scenes team sets us apart from the competition.

At Manchester United, we believe that excellence on the pitch starts with excellence off the pitch. Our team thrives in a high-performance environment, united by a shared passion for success. We aim to elevate the standard of performance through collaboration and continuous growth, creating a space where everyone can contribute their best to our common goals.

We work together at our iconic Manchester United offices, enabling connection and innovation as we look ahead to what we can achieve as a global football club. We are excited to bring in passionate people who share our vision and drive for success.

The Role:

As a Video Editor, you’ll play a key role in bringing Manchester United to life through compelling visual storytelling. Working within our Content and Production team, you’ll create engaging video content for millions of supporters across the globe, helping to connect fans with the club, our players and our people.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll edit a wide variety of content for platforms including MUTV, YouTube, the Official Manchester United App, social media channels, podcasts, and occasionally commercial and internal communications. From matchday features and behind-the-scenes access to social-first content and long-form productions, you’ll deliver creative, high-quality edits that captivate audiences.

Working in a fast-paced football environment, you’ll collaborate closely with producers, camera operators, designers, social media teams and other stakeholders, balancing creativity with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Your work will help drive audience growth, supporter engagement and commercial success across the club’s digital platforms.

The Person:

We’re looking for a creative storyteller with exceptional editing skills and a passion for producing world-class content.
You’ll have:

  • Strong experience editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, with a solid working knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience creating engaging content for digital, social and broadcast platforms.
  • A passion for football and an understanding of supporter culture and evolving content trends.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content production.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Our Values:

Badge – Earn the badge, every day. Respect our history and heritage. Be best in class and deliver to the standards expected of Manchester United. No one is bigger than the club.
Bravery – Be bold, be brave, and take calculated risks. Do things differently and innovate. Lead by example and do what’s right for the club, even when it’s hard.
Spirit – Embody the spirit of Manchester United. Show strength of character, act with passion, and fight back, no matter what.
