  • Feed opportunities into the continuous improvement process.

Customer Role for Changes/Additional Assets:

  • Aid the Senior IT Service Manager (Asset Management) in their position as the main point of contact for the platform emphasizing change.
  • Undertake required processes and activities to secure internal approvals where an initiative is SAP ECC6.0 led (not including supplier-initiated change or central HMRC transformations).
  • Track and monitor these deliveries to ensure all change related to technology is delivered to these standards.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience and/or knowledge of a wide variety of platform activities and operations.
  • Good IT Service Management experience – being able to prioritise, oversee and encourage service improvements, holding suppliers to account as needed.
