Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Manchester United’s Carrington Training Ground.

Working within a high-performance environment, you will help deliver exceptional food standards across the Men’s First Team, Women’s First Team and Academy programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in attention to detail, and understands the importance of nutrition, presentation and consistency in supporting elite athletes.

This is a flexible position offering regular weekly hours, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours per week depending on operational requirements.

Prepare and present high-quality dishes to consistently exceptional standards.
Manage and take ownership of your designated kitchen section during service.
Support the delivery of nutritionally focused menus for elite athletes and staff.
Ensure all food is prepared, stored and served in accordance with food safety regulations.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
Work collaboratively with the wider culinary and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless service.
Assist with stock control, stock rotation and minimising food waste.
Support matchday, academy and event catering when required.
Contribute ideas and creativity towards menu development and seasonal offerings.
Uphold the professional standards expected within an elite sporting environment.
Regular weekly hours with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week.
