The Academy Foundation (First 6 Weeks)

Through the Great Start workshops, you’ll gain insights into how AutoTrader operates, get to know different teams and start developing meaningful relationships with your fellow graduates. The foundation phase covers essential themes such as:

• How we work together as a team

Role Foundation (Next 6 Months)

Following the foundational period, you’ll dive deeper into your specific role within the company. Whether it’s tech, marketing, or finance, you’ll spend the next six months learning the ins and outs of your department. This is where the real hands-on learning begins, allowing you to apply your skills while taking on real responsibilities.

Practical Projects for Real-World Experience

During the two years, you’ll complete five significant projects that are designed to give you hands-on experience in real-world scenarios. Some of the exciting past projects include:

• Buy & Sell a Vehicle: Experience AutoTrader’s core business from the customer’s point of view.
• InsightOut: Work with data and customer insights to drive business decisions.
