About The Role

Are you able to craft incredible learning journeys, taking into account the needs of learners and ways to maintain their engagement?

Whether it’s through digital platforms or in-person, you’ll possess a talent for designing exceptional content, embracing modern learning techniques to understand what resonates most effectively with adult learners.

Reporting to the Digital Learning Lead, you’ll work both independently and with a team, creating and maintaining various types of learning materials. As our learning design expert. you’ll ask questions and dig deep to understand what learners really require and what will impact performance.

You’ll influence internal stakeholders to allow the creation of impactful, accessible learning with the end user in mind.

We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday to Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative, give better support, and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Serve as LMS super-user, providing support and training to users and administrators
  • Manage day-to-day LMS operations and maintenance, collaborating with suppliers and internal IT teams
  • Design/develop engaging learning content eLearning, video, graphics, and animation
  • Additions and updates to digital learning catalogue, including SCORM content
  • Provide advice on digital learning solutions to support business areas
  • Manage design projects end-to-end
  • Use instructional design expertise to ensure consistent, user-focused designs for optimal learning outcomes
  • Handle digital administrative tasks, ensuring access to relevant learning and maintaining up-to-date records

A Few Things About You

  • Can manage digital projects, creating engaging learning experiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs
  • Strong IT skills
  • Use of eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline
  • Software use, Camtasia, Rise, Canva and Adapt
  • Proficient in LMS administration, (preferably Thrive Learning)
  • An understand of how AI can enhance our learning offerings
