About The Role
As our Modern Workplace Lead, you will be pivotal in utilising technology to provide Modern Workplace services via the Microsoft 365 platform. Your responsibilities will include enhancing productivity, promoting collaboration, improving user experience, and ensuring adherence to industry-leading security standards and best practices.
You will develop, maintain, support, and optimise key areas of the platform, ensuring its stable operation, governance, and capacity management. Additionally, you will deliver innovative products and services with a practical approach, converting internal systems and manual processes into Microsoft Power Platform applications.
Working with internal technology SMEs and business teams is crucial to contributing to ongoing transformations in productivity, collaboration software, End User Computing, Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, data management, and analytics.
Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing
You will have comprehensive expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, encompassing applications and services such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Copilot, and Power Platform. Additionally, you have experience in delivering, implementing, and managing Microsoft Modern Workplace services included within the Microsoft 365 Enterprise application suite.
You will possess experience working with a team of Corporate Application Engineers, contributing to the roadmap and execution of key projects and initiatives related to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Modern Workplace.
High proficiency in using Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation, along with a broad knowledge of IT troubleshooting and support, is essential.

- Experience delivering projects from initial ideas through to go live
- Understanding of industry standards and best practice
- Strong stakeholder management, both internally and with external partners & vendors
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to use technical knowledge to provide business recommendations
