We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer in Test, who is passionate about testing, as well as delivering innovative technology, to join our cross-discipline agile team, where you’ll help shape the future of TV products for millions of viewers.

You will be engaged in all aspects of SDLC, including architectural changes, designs, development, testing and delivery, working closely with discipline leads. Whilst demonstrating audience advocacy throughout the delivery lifecycle, you will be reviewing new features to be implemented and be held accountable for leading and contributing in all related testing activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality experiences to our audiences! As an engineer in our team, you can spend 10% time of your time learning new skills, playing with new technology and developing yourself, because we understand the need to stay up to date and fresh in a constantly changing technical landscape.

Alongside this, we would look for you to be an active participant in fostering a collaborative culture throughout the organisation through active dissemination of knowledge, coaching, mentoring and inspiring other members of the test team.

We’re deeply proud of our values, which are intrinsic to the way we behave every day. We take them seriously because we want our culture to thrive. We value our people, offering a warm welcome with full support settling in and foster a culture where everyone has an opportunity to succeed.
