Role Purpose
We’re building a team of Casual Ticketing Assistants to help us deliver unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities
In this role you’ll be answering customer enquiry emails accurately and politely with regards to events, venue information and any other relevant details via email, phone and in fan services on events nights. You’ll help with ticket queries and troubleshooting issues using Ticketmaster systems and the venue ticketing system. Alongside this, collaborating with other departments in particular Fan Experience and Front of House, you’ll be prepared to assist fans with all the right information and clear understanding of the venue, seating layouts, upcoming events, accessible seating policies and procedures.

Salary: £12.60ph
Availability:
Office Shifts: 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Event Shifts: 5pm – 9/10pm, any day of the week
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Computer literate (Microsoft packages and similar).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Detail-focused, organised, and able to multitask
- A positive team player who thrives in a buzzing, high-energy environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a ticket office or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems/software.
