Role Purpose
We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Chef de Partie to follow direction from the Sous Chefs to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium guests. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best live music experience in the UK.
Due to scheduled working hours all applicants must be 18+. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments – involves shifts at evenings and weekends.
Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour + holiday pay on top
Start Date: based upon completion of DBS check. Shifts available from March 2025
Knowledge, skills & Experience
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Experience working with quality cuisine in a highly skilled culinary role.
- Industry knowledge from volume catering to fine dining/hospitality.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- An understanding of ingredients and nutrition.
- High food presentation standards.
