LMM – The Midland is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. Our diverse and friendly teams focus on delivering exceptional guest care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. The Painter and Decorator will support the smooth running and objectives of the Maintenance department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Painter and Decorator, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support your Head of Department and keep things running like clockwork. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be completing painting and decorating tasks to schedule across the hotel, whilst working as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have an excellent stay with us.

• Be motivated to seek further development and learn new skills

• Be a great communicator as you’re a key member of our hotel team
• Ideally hold a recognised qualification in Painting and Decorating
