The role
As the Facilities Service Manager you will be responsible for managing relationship and processes regarding third party service providers. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and lead frameworks for auditing and compliance of Facilities Services and contractor deliveries
- Ensure all compliance processes and procedures are in place and maintained to agreed standards.
- Ensuring work carried out by third parties is compliant and in line with agreed standards.
- Escalate compliance issues and implement enforcement where required.
- Lead on continual improvement and perform root cause analysis.
- Investigate breaches of compliance.
- Support and input on H&S and Business Resilience governance.
- Support training initiatives within the team.
What will make you successful in the role?
In order to be successful in this position, you will posses the following:
- Sound knowledge of current Building H&S regulations and legislation.
- Working experience of a safe system of work process.
- Formal safety qualification such as IOSH/NEBOSH
- Clear interpersonal communication and organisation skills.
- Experience working within regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of PAS 55 Asset Management.
- Strong budgetary experience.
- Good knowledge of hard engineering services.
