The role

You’ll be leading a team that’s central to enhancing our internal communication efforts across MAG. This is a pivotal role and you’ll be responsible for developing and executing group-wide communication campaigns; fostering the development of new communication channels; ensuring the effective delivery of key messages through existing channels; measuring the impact of our communications and developing and owning our colleague listening strategy.

 

What will make you successful in the role?

You’ll have a good working knowledge of communicating with colleague groups who are hard to reach, such as shift workers, operational colleagues in a large, complex, multi-site organisation. You’ll have managed teams before and have a vast experience in communication planning, internal campaign delivery, colleague engagement, listening, change communications and effective senior stakeholder management. You’ll be used to working at pace, have strong project management skills alongside the ability to manage multiple changing priorities at any one time. We are continuously looking to improve what we are doing at MAG, so the ability to recommend and implement new approaches and creative thinking will be highly beneficial.
