About CAVU

For airports, for partners, for people. We are CAVU.
At CAVU, our purpose is to find new and better ways to make airport travel seamless and enjoyable for everybody. From the smallest ideas to the biggest changes. Every day here is about creating better travel experiences.

From our revenue-accelerating single platform technology, Propel, through to our world-class hospitality venues including 1903 and Escape Lounges – our solutions make travel more seamless and enjoyable for passengers, and more profitable for our clients and partners.

We know that to bring your best ideas, you need the space to think, the right support, and the freedom to be your true, authentic self.

Whether you’re working from our offices, from home, in a lounge, or out on the road, we provide the environment to create, innovate, and transform airport travel.

If you’re looking for a career where you can make a real impact, bring new ideas to life, and push boundaries, then CAVU is the place for you.

Together, we can reach new heights. Together, we are CAVU.

The role

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team at CAVU, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of two of our key digital workstreams:

1. Airport Transfers & Hotels – You’ll lead the integration and scaling of our airport transfers and hotel booking services, working closely with external API providers and internal tech teams to deliver a seamless experience for customers and B2B partners alike.

2. Branded Websites & Legacy Platforms – You’ll own the roadmap and performance of our non-booking digital experiences, from homepage content and customer service flows to brand-specific features across multiple sites. Your mission will be to deliver consistent, user-focused improvements while supporting the evolution of our platform.

In both areas, you’ll be the voice of the customer and a champion of data-informed decision-making, driving innovation, prioritising for maximum impact, and ensuring our platform continues to scale and succeed globally.

About you

  • Proven experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role within a digital or e-commerce environment
  • A passion for creating brilliant digital experiences that serve both customers and commercial goals
  • Confident working across complex digital ecosystems, including APIs and multi-site environments
  • Able to define and communicate product roadmaps clearly, making data-driven decisions
  • Skilled in stakeholder management – from developers and UX to senior leadership
  • A strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams
  • Agile mindset with experience in Hypothesis-Driven Development and MVP approaches
  • Proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to optimise and improve

The Perks

  • 25 days holiday (rising with service), plus option to buy up to 10 more
  • 4 flexible bank holidays
  • 10% company pension
  • Annual bonus scheme
  • On-site gym
  • MediCash scheme
  • Flexible benefits & discounts – including up to 50% off CAVU products (e.g. Escape Lounges, Airport Parking)
  • Rail and retail discounts
  • 2 paid volunteering days per year
  • Internal events calendar including wellbeing and inclusion activities
  • Learning & development opportunities, including mentoring and grants
  • Enhanced parental leave (T&Cs apply)

IDE at CAVU

Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity matter deeply to us. We’re committed to creating a workplace that’s inclusive for all. Research shows that some people – especially women and underrepresented groups – may not apply unless they meet every single requirement. If that’s you, and you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re also happy to make reasonable adjustments to support you through the interview process – just let us know.
