About the role

The Senior Brand Executive will play a pivotal role in bringing our portfolio of B2B & B2C brands, as well as our Employer Brand, to life for our stakeholders – including clients, customers, partners, and employees. From international passenger experiences brands like Escape Lounges and 1903, to collaborating with the CAVU Business Development team to engage clients, this position will be hands-on, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to implement tangible initiatives that enhance brand awareness and engagement, ultimately driving commercial impact for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Lead with driving the evolution of our brand portfolio delivering strategically led activation across all audience touchpoints (B2B and B2C)
  • Execute the activations working with key stakeholders across the business, as well as external support, with a focus on the physical and digital journey within our passenger experience brand and touchpoints across the client life cycle
  • Support with delivering activations to bring to life the EVP strategy across colleague and prospect activity
  • Support on rolling-out of relevant brand partnerships and resulting activity
  • Support on working with key stakeholders within the business to facilitate brand activity and presence
  • Supporting to ensure our brands and their activations are correctly represented in the successful delivery of BD RFPs
  • Support the creation of quantitative and qualitative research to help build the activation strategy, looking at local markets, industry trends and customer insight
  • Support with measuring the impact of the initiatives against the agreed KPIs working with external agencies and measurement platforms
  • Act as a guardian for all our brands to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Brand roles (either in-house or agency)
  • You’ll be a people person who puts people at the heart of everything – whether that’s our clients, customers or people
  • Personable who loves connecting with stakeholders across the business
  • An effective communicator with strong writing skills
  • Can collaborate effectively within immediate team and key stakeholders but also self-motivated and can use own initiative to spot opportunities
  • Experience within the hospitality sector or/and B2B sector is desirable but not a must
  • Experience of delivering campaigns, projects or events
  • Exeprience working with external partners
