The role

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive to execute and optimise CRM marketing campaigns across all CAVU brands. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, increasing customer retention, and delivering revenue through timely, personalised, and data-driven campaigns.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimise CRM campaigns across email and other channels as required.
  • Develop and deliver personalised, data-led campaigns using segmentation, dynamic content, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reporting and actionable recommendations to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with Data & Insights teams to uncover opportunities for segmentation, targeting, and content optimisation.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing programmes to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Assist in implementing automated lifecycle journeys to nurture loyalty and increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Advocate for data quality, campaign relevance, and CRM best practices across the business.

 

You will work closely with CRM Leads, Marketing, Content, Trade, Product, and Customer Service teams to deliver campaigns that meet commercial objectives and align with the wider trade calendar.

About you

You are a results-driven CRM professional with:

  • A proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, journey mapping, and personalisation.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and a digital-first mindset.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimise performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project delivery skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • Customer-obsessed, proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a growth mindset.

You are motivated by results, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences.
