The Role:
The Manchester United Megastore plays a key role in representing the club and welcoming thousands of fans and visitors each week. As a Casual Sales Assistant you will be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment, delivering excellent service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
You will act as a brand ambassador for Manchester United, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values of the club while supporting sales, merchandising, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors and fans

Maintain strong merchandising and store presentation standards at all times

Accurately process transactions at the tills and handle payments responsibly

Assist with stock replenishment, organisation, and stockroom duties

Support other Megastore departments as required, including shirt printing and sales floor activity

Work confidently in a busy retail environment, particularly on matchdays

Adhere to all operational, health & safety, and security procedures

 Any other duties as reasonably requested by a manager

Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly attitude

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a retail or customer-focused environment

Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of attendance

Confident working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

High standards of personal presentation

Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and peak periods
