Role purpose

We are looking for experienced and professional Waiting On staff to join our Catering team at the Manchester United Carrington Training Complex. This role involves supporting the smooth running of food service, ensuring a clean and professional environment, and delivering excellent service to staff, players, and guests.

This is a casual role, ideal for someone with previous waiting experience who can work flexibly. Due to the location of the training complex, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearing plates and cutlery from tables promptly and efficiently
• Serving food and drinks with professionalism and accuracy
• Replenishing food and drink stations when required
• Ensuring the canteen and dining areas are kept clean and tidy
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across service and dining areas
• Following health, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Delivering excellent customer service to all staff and guests

Skills and Requirements

• Previous waiting on experience (essential)
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
