About the Programme 

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders. Over the course of the programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience across our finance functions — including Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, financial management, and risk management.

You’ll work on real projects, complete your CIMA qualification, and receive tailored training and mentorship to build a strong foundation for your career. You’ll also rotate across our business units — Müller Milk & Ingredients (MMI) and Müller Services Limited (MSL) — giving you a broad understanding of our operations and strategic priorities.

As a Müller Finance Graduate, you will:

  • Achieve Your CIMA Qualification: Fully supported and structured to help you succeed in becoming a qualified financial professional
  • Gain Diverse Experience: Complete rotations in core finance areas such as Management Accounting and Financial Accounting with exposure to financial management, risk management, and process improvement
  • Experience Different Business Areas: Engage in placement across Müller UK operations, giving you a holistic view of our dynamic business and deep insights into how we operate

What Will You Need? 

 To be part of Müller’s Finance Graduate Programme, you will need:

  • A STEM or business-related degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Müller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered
  • UK Driver’s License: Must hold a full UK driving license for at least one year
  • UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education. (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
  • Consumer focus: Consumer focused approach and collaborative spirit
  • Curiosity: Curiosity to learn and the ambition to make an impact
  • Analytical skills: Analytical skills and a strong sense of business acumen
