We’re Hiring: Site Operational Excellence Lead (FTC)
Location: Manchester
Contract: 6-month Fixed Term (June–December)
Start Date: Immediate (flexible depending on availability)
We’re looking for a dynamic Operational Excellence Lead to join our team in Manchester on a 6-month fixed term contract (1st June – 1st December) to cover a period of absence. Start date is immediate, with some flexibility depending on availability.
In this hands-on role, you’ll drive performance improvement across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and Sustainability by embedding Müller Excellence tools and systems. You’ll coach, lead, and inspire teams to deliver real change, working closely with the Site Lead and SLT.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in FMCG and Lean Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of DMAIC, RCA, 5S, SMED, and other OpEx tools
- A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
- A confident coach and change leader
- Someone ready to make an immediate impact
