Join us as an Operations Reporting Analyst

 

  • Take on a new challenge and help us shape the future of our business by leveraging scalable data solutions and advanced analytics
  • You’ll be helping to build and streamline our operational MI

 

What you’ll do

 

As an Operations Reporting Analyst, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, driving the data-led evolution of Boxed Operations. You’ll translate stakeholder requirements into robust data models and automated reporting that you will design and maintain.

 

We’ll also look to you to perform data extraction and analysis, backed by the production of clear, high quality visual and written documentation

 

You’ll also be:

 

  • Supporting with the production of papers for key committees, including integrating data sets and aligning input from stakeholders
  • Seeking opportunities to challenge and improve current business processes, ensuring the best result for the customer

 

The skills you’ll need

 

You’ll need to be familiar querying data with SQL, and deriving insights via the most appropriate tool – you’ll be comfortable with spreadsheets, and may use R, Python or other languages. You have hands-on experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.

 

You’ll also demonstrate:

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying data gaps and designing scalable solutions that deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence a range of stakeholders across the business
  • A natural curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Google workspace
