Job summary
An opportunity has arisen within the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the WTWA Estates department as a Band 3 Maintenance Assistant.
You will be based at Trafford Hospital and you will be required to oversee repairs as well as undertake planned and unplanned maintenance. The role also involves the installation of all plant and equipment associated with the hospital premises.
The aim of the department is to develop a fully flexible workforce and as such you will be expected to undertake tasks of other trades where reasonable and safe for you to do so.
To be considered for shortlisting you must have experience of working in a similar role across various building/mechanical trades. Additionally a full driving licence is required.
