Your Role
We are seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join our busy in-house Resourcing team. You will work in collaboration with managers to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles, attracting and recruiting diverse talent from across the organisation and the wider external market to help TfGM to deliver its key priorities. Supported by Resourcing Partner’s and the Senior Resourcing Manager you will work with dedicated functions to understand current and future resource requirements and translate these into resourcing strategies, using advertising, direct targeting, attending specialist careers events and working with external partners, to attract talent to our organisation. You will support the coaching and development of managers and employees to maximise the success of resourcing activities, as well as working with wider People team colleagues to contribute to a range of HR related projects.
This is hybrid role where you will be expected to work in the office 2 days per week.

Who are we?
We are a small and friendly team with a passion for working with and supporting hiring managers across TfGM to contribute and deliver our key priorities, attracting a more diverse range of candidates to TfGM and to create opportunities to deliver social value. The resourcing team form part of the wider People Team here at TfGM which consists of HR Operations, HR Shared Service and Learning and Organisation Development.
What you’ll bring

You’ll be a confident communicator with some previous experience working in an advisory capacity and will have provided coaching and guidance in a HR environment to support and develop solutions to resourcing challenges. Experience and an understanding of good practice recruitment and selection across the whole recruitment lifecycle is essential.
You will be customer focused and be able to work efficiently and effectively when faced with a range of conflicting priorities. A CIPD qualification or equivalent levels of experience is desirable with a good working knowledge of employment law and the ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

This a 1-year fixed term role covering maternity leave with a salary of £29,881- £38,723 per annum depending on skills and experience. You will work with a supportive team to develop your career in Resourcing while also working with HR colleagues on a range of people related projects
