The ITS Supplier Manager will play a key role in transforming our approach—ensuring that every supplier partnership contributes to our long-term vision of delivering outstanding service, driving cost efficiencies, and mitigating risks in a fast-moving digital world.

About This Role:

As the ITS Supplier Manager, you will be the linchpin in overseeing a diverse portfolio of supplier relationships across the University. Reporting to the Head of ITS Supplier Management, you will:

• Drive Excellence: Monitor supplier performance, control costs, and mitigate risks to ensure our services run seamlessly.
• Foster Innovation: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and continuous improvement, ensuring our supplier management practices are at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Build Relationships: Act as the primary liaison between the University and its suppliers, nurturing positive, collaborative partnerships that drive mutual success.
• Champion Leadership: Support team development through mentoring and proactive guidance, embedding a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning across the supplier management function.
