Opportunity Overview

We have an exciting opportunity within the team for a Project Administrator working within Technical Services for Creative and Immersive Technologies team. Based at our Media City Campus. We are looking for an individual who has experience of project administration, including project scheduling and tracking. Someone who is proficient with Microsoft office suite, and comfortable working in a high-profile environment on multiple portfolios of large and small projects.

You will have plenty of opportunity to put your strong written and verbal communication skills into action and connect with people and build trusting relationships to generate the best possible solutions for the University, its students and its staff.

Key Responsibilities 

  • In conjunction with Technical Team Leaders, Events Team, Creative Technical Demonstrators and other senior staff and academic colleagues develop and deliver strategic aims around specifically defined projects, services and events.

  • To be responsible for all aspects of project administration, include project schedules and tracking, finance/budgets.

  • Ensure systems and processes are developed, updated and maintained to manage projects and maintain records to the highest standard, and are accessible, as required, to colleagues.
