The Recipe
As our Recruiter, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) many candidates meet first. You’ll help create a smooth, supportive and inclusive recruitment journey across our manufacturing & distribution sites in the South Region.
In this role, you’ll:
- Proactively source talent through job boards, social media, talent pools & referrals
- Screen applications, run first‑stage telephone interviews & keep candidates updated
- Schedule interviews and assessments to keep things moving
- Keep our ATS neat, tidy and up to date
- Support wider attraction campaigns and employer brand activity
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and People Teams to make sure we bring in the right people — at the right time
