MAG owns and operates Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands Airports. Every day, we strive to improve customer journeys and connect people and goods with the world.

About CAVU

For airports, for partners, for people. We are CAVU.

At CAVU, our purpose is to find new and better ways to make airport travel seamless and enjoyable for everybody. From the smallest ideas to the biggest changes — every day here is about creating better travel experiences.

Whether it’s our revenue-accelerating single platform technology, Propel, or our world-class hospitality venues such as 1903 and Escape Lounges, our solutions make travel smoother for passengers and more profitable for our partners.

We know that to bring your best ideas, you need the space to think, the right support, and the freedom to be your authentic self.

Whether you’re working from our offices, from home, in a lounge, or out on the road, we provide the environment to create, innovate, and transform airport travel.

If you’re looking for a career where you can make a real impact, bring new ideas to life, and push boundaries — then CAVU is the place for you.

Together, we can reach new heights. Together, we are CAVU.

What’s the role?

As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a central role in building and embedding a world-class supply chain function that enables CAVU’s global growth strategy.

This is a true greenfield opportunity — a chance to help shape and define the supply chain strategy from the ground up. Working closely with the Global Supply Chain Director, you’ll drive operational excellence, implement scalable systems, and optimise supplier management as we scale across EMEA, APAC, and AMER.

Whether it’s food and beverage for our lounges, or SaaS to support our marketplace, we rely on the suppliers we choose to support our purpose, “to create better travel experiences for passengers everywhere.”

That means building a supply chain that’s smart, sustainable, and ready to move at speed. Balancing global partnerships with local know-how to deliver quality, consistency and innovation wherever we operate.

Our suppliers are an extension of our team, helping us bring thoughtful, seamless travel experiences to life – wherever passengers are headed.

This is a unique opportunity to make your mark in a high-impact role — where your ideas and leadership will directly influence CAVU’s future operating model.

About You

You’re a hands-on supply chain or procurement professional who thrives in high-growth, high-change environments. You’re energised by building things from scratch and want to be part of something that’s still forming — where your decisions today will shape how we scale tomorrow.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Proven experience implementing and improving supply chain and procurement operations
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP tools (e.g. SAP Ariba / S4Hana) and digital procurement systems
  • Expertise across key categories such as infrastructure, tech, or F&B
  • The ability to analyse data to inform procurement strategy and drive decision-making
  • Confidence in managing supplier relationships and embedding performance frameworks
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Passion for innovation, detail, and process optimisation
  • A growth mindset and excitement about contributing to something from day one

  • 25 days holiday (increasing 1 day per year with service, up to 28 days)
  • Option to buy up to 10 additional days of annual leave, plus 4 flexible bank holidays
  • 10% company pension contribution
  • Annual bonus scheme
  • On-site gym

Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at CAVU

At CAVU, inclusion, diversity and equity (ID&E) are at the heart of who we are. We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and we actively celebrate difference. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds — regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability.

We also know that some people may hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every requirement. Research shows women in particular are less likely to apply unless they meet 100% of the criteria. If this sounds like you — we still encourage you to apply. Your experience and perspective could be just what we need.

We’re also committed to making our recruitment process as inclusive and accessible as possible. If you require any reasonable adjustments, please let us know — we’re here to support you.

Are you ready to build something from the ground up and help shape the future of airport travel?
