About Müller

Müller is one of the UK’s leading dairy businesses, employing over 24,000 people across Europe and operating a network of dairies, depots and logistics sites throughout the UK. We produce a wide range of market-leading dairy products and supply major retailers, wholesalers and foodservice customers nationwide.

As part of our continued focus on attracting great talent, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our People Team supporting Müller Milk & Ingredients northern sites.

The Opportunity

As a Recruiter, you will deliver a proactive, high-quality recruitment service across our Northern MMI operations, supporting key functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Logistics.

This role will primarily support our Skelsmerdale, Manchester and Bellshill sites, working closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment activity and ensure the business attracts and retains the best talent.

Building strong stakeholder relationships is a key part of the role and, as such, regular travel between the three sites will be required.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, managing multiple vacancies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective attraction strategies
  • Provide recruitment advice, guidance and market insight to stakeholders
  • Advertise vacancies and utilise appropriate sourcing channels to attract talent
  • Screen and assess applications, conducting interviews where required
  • Coordinate and manage interview and selection processes
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure recruitment activity is compliant with company policies, employment legislation and recruitment best practice
  • Produce and analyse recruitment metrics, providing updates and insights to stakeholders
  • Manage agency relationships where appropriate and support efforts to reduce agency reliance
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and the wider Talent Acquisition team to achieve business objectives

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Experience gained within an in-house, agency or RPO recruitment environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships at all levels
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to interpret and utilise recruitment data to support decision making
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

Why Join Müller?

You’ll be joining a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that plays a critical role in supporting the business through growth, operational excellence and talent acquisition. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong partnerships across our Northern MMI operations and make a genuine impact on the future success of the business. Plus:

  • Annual bonus of up to 5%
  • Annual pay reviews
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity/family leave
  • Enhanced bereavement leave
  • Option to buy/sell up to 5 days annual leave
  • Access to perk box to save money across numerous retailers
  • Muller pension scheme
