Join us as a Commercial Analysis and Reporting Lead

 

  • You’ll shape key strategic initiatives across the Premier business by delivering commercial planning, analysis and decision ready insight
  • Develop robust business cases and commercial plans that underpin investment decisions, prioritisation and benefit realisation across the Premier business
  • Make a measurable impact in the newly formed Premier Chief Operating Office, with senior exposure across the Premier Commercial Analysis and Reporting team
  • We have a couple of opportunities; one in the existing Commercial Analysis & Planning team and another in the new Customer Growth team

 

What you’ll do

 

As our Commercial Analysis and Reporting Lead, you’ll plan, influence and optimise the delivery of management information (MI), so financial and operational performance is clearly understood across the business. You’ll collect commercial data, compile reports and analyse market share to deliver clear business‑level analysis. Partnering senior stakeholders across Retail, PBWM and Finance, you’ll make sure Premier priorities are represented, recognised and prioritised appropriately.

 

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

 

  • Leading the collation and review of key distribution metrics and providing meaningful performance analysis via engagement with key partners
  • Using relevant and timely insights to develop strategic business cases that support Premier Transformation plans
  • Delivering operational performance MI and analysis that highlights key performance and capacity for decision-making
  • Supporting budget planning and target modelling, providing dashboards to showcase commercial performance
  • Owning reporting and insight for Premier’s annual planning and budget cycle
  • Producing product monitoring MI and reporting for leaders
  • Managing business data submissions and the production of accurate, relevant data reporting
  • Leading on tracking, oversight & performance management across the end to end customer funnel, with a particular focus on digital acquisition, conversion & sales effectiveness
  • Supporting the team to design & deliver effective customer & commercial campaigns and management of in-segment portfolio integrity and portfolio growth through migrations

 

The skills you’ll need

 

You’ll have strong commercial and financial acumen that turns insights into impact. You’ll own a track record of delivering commercial insight, analysis and reporting that helps steer Premier’s ongoing transformation. We’ll expect you to be a strategic thinker who can cut through complex and competing priorities, so they are effectively managed and communicated. Thriving in a dynamic, strategic environment, we’ll expect you to be motivated by shaping Premier’s growth agenda and steering decisions that accelerate change.

 

You’ll also need:

 

  • The ability to drive executional excellence, in an environment of ambiguity and change, with discipline around pace, quality and follow‑through
  • Leadership that motivates and develops a high-performing, customer-focused team
  • Strength in working collaboratively and influencing senior stakeholders to build trusted relationships that move priorities forward
  • A comprehensive understanding of the banking sector and how Retail interfaces with Finance
