Join us as a Property Design Manager

What you’ll do

As a Property Design Manager, you’ll oversee the creation of engaging office environments and colleague journeys that align with the commercial brief, programme, ambition and design vision for our businesses and support teams.

You’ll provide expert advice and guidance across all aspects of workplace design, including compliance, accessibility, inclusion, enablement and sustainability. Your work will be underpinned by sound data, user insight and best practice, ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective design outcomes.

  • An understanding of colleague journey mapping, user experience principles and emerging trends in workplace design
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, including the Equality Act 2010, Approved Document M, health and safety requirements, ergonomics, security, environmental considerations, and planning or listed‑building constraints
  • Experience of budget management, cost reporting and financial governance within a project environment
