We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to work in a very established school in the Bolton Area. You will be working closely with students to help fulfill their educational needs and supporting them through the year.

What You Will Do
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
- Work with individual students and small groups to help them achieve learning objectives.
- Assist students with additional learning, behavioural, or social needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom.
- Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

About You
- You have experience working with children or young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring, or support capacity.
- You are patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
