About The Role

If you’re passionate about digital marketing and want a foot in the door of one of the most exciting areas this role could be your big break! As our Affiliate Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of our AO Mobile affiliate marketing channel – helping us connect with partners, coordinate campaigns, and look for ways to make things even better. This role offers a hands-on introduction to affiliate partnerships, campaign management, and performance marketing, all while working in a dynamic and supportive team that loves fresh ideas and getting things done.

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of our affiliate program, from onboarding new partners and keeping existing relationships strong to making sure campaigns run smoothly and on time. You’ll update partners with the latest offers and creative assets, monitor how things are performing, and pull insights that help us grow. Expect to get stuck into campaign setup, reporting, and plenty of problem-solving, while collaborating with our Trade and Marketing teams to make sure everything looks top-notch and delivers on results.

A Few Things About You

• Interested in digital marketing, affiliate partnerships, or eCommerce? Perfect start!
• A degree in Marketing or Business (preferred)
• Strong communicator with a knack for building great relationships
• Organised and detail-obsessed, with a proactive mindset
• Happy working with data and spreadsheets (don’t worry, we’ll help you grow your confidence)
• A quick learner who loves tackling new challenges
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping calm under pressure
• Always curious – keen to spot opportunities for improvement
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms like AWIN is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
