The Role:
As a Matchday Waiting On team member, you will work within our hospitality suites or box areas, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and creating a positive first impression
• Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Ensuring high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service
• Operating confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Occasionally working independently while maintaining service standards
• Contributing to a memorable and enjoyable matchday experience for all guests

No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.

The Person:
Experience is not essential. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A friendly, confident, and proactive personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
