Operations Administrative Assistant

The School of Medical Sciences are looking to appoint a dynamic and proactive individual an Operations Administrative Assistant who will be based within the School Office. Operating as part of the School Operations team, the post holder will undertake tasks on behalf of the School and will support day-to-day operational business needs. The role will require considerable flexibility with the ability to prioritise tasks which will cover a wide range of operational areas enabling the delivery of a robust and efficient administrative support function across the School. The post holder is a key administrative point of contact and will provide effective and professional liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
